Prep Time: 10 minutes
- 5 very ripe apricots
- 3-4 tbsp of low-fat yogurt
- 1 tbsp of Dolcedì
- 2 mint leaves
- Lemon juice q.s.
- Wash, pit and peel the apricots.
- Chop the apricots and wet them with a few drops of lemon.
- Put the apricots in a mixing bowl along with the mint leaves.
- Add yogurt and Dolcedì.
- Blend everything until the mixture is smooth and velvety.
- Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and garnish with half the apricot and a few mint leaves.
- Refrigerate and serve cold.
